Our menu is based on a careful selection of ingredients and products derived from the Aegean Sea, its islands and Greece, making use of traditional recipes and creating new by applying contemporary methods and techniques. Unique wines from Greek vineyards and other spirits have been selected to complement our menu, offered with Greek hospitality service standards.
In our effort to provide something special to the island of Folegandros, we decided to create Blue Cuisine based on our knowledge, experience and love for food.
